Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

All sales are final. For items received not as ordered or damaged, please notify us at for return, exchange, and/or refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at to alert us of any issues with your order. A call tag may be issued to return any incorrect or damaged items and we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.


Shipping Information

In addition to shipping time, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time when shipping Ground. *We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping Rates

Standard Ground Shipping rates apply to all other orders.

NOTE: Please note that shipping delays due to inclement weather and/or acts of nature can occur, especially during winter months.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.

Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FPO Address

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time due to carrier limitations. Carriers require a street address for all deliveries.

*We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.
