Imperial Gunpowder

Green tea, steamed, hand-rolled then dried in pans over a fire. Leaves unfurl in a green liquor with a fresh, delicate flavor. Warm teapot, one teaspoon per person plus another. Add water just under the boil and infuse for 2-3 minutes. Serve on its own.
