Special Rare Ceylon Tea

Fine pekoe tea from Kirkoswald in Dimbula. High altitude, rich soil and cool climate produce a golden tea with citrus tones. Warm teapot, then add one teaspoon per person. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-4 minutes. Serve with or without milk.
