Ceylon Tea

Mellow, golden tea with an aromatic bouquet. Slow-growing tea from the highlands of the Dimbula region. Warm teapot, add one teaspoon per person plus an extra one. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-4 minutes. Serve with or without milk.
